You can add an answering machine to a group, allowing all calls that meet criteria set by yourself to land at the answering machine. All members of the group can then access any messages left on the groups answering machine.

To add an answering machine please do the following:

• In the Users & Groups tab click Groups.
• Select the group for which you wish to add an answer phone.
• Select Voicemail and click on the +Voicemail button.
• The answering machine will be available to use immediately and can be configured at any time.
